We are currently accepting new referrals and welcome both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Accessing Services Through the NDIS
Step 1 – Check Your NDIS Plan
Your NDIS plan may include funding under categories such as:
- Capacity Building Supports
- Improved Daily Living
- Therapeutic Supports
If you are unsure whether your plan includes funding for allied health services, our team can help guide you through the process.
Step 2 – Contact Our Clinic
Once you are ready to begin services, simply contact our clinic to discuss:
- Your support needs and goals
- Available services
- Appointment options
- Funding and payment arrangements
Our administration team is happy to assist participants, families and carers throughout the intake process and answer your questions.
Step 3 – Initial Appointment and Goal Planning
Your first appointment allows our clinicians to:
- Learn more about your goals and support needs
- Understand your strengths and challenges
- Develop an individualised support plan
- Develop and recommend appropriate therapy supports
We work collaboratively with participants and their support network to ensure services align with their NDIS goals and personal priorities.
Step 4 – Ongoing Therapy and Support
Following the initial assessment, participants may engage in ongoing or set therapy sessions based on their individual needs and funding availability.
