Our Services Include

Individual Therapy & Intervention

Our one-on-one services provide personalised support based on each client’s individual needs and goals. Sessions are tailored to the person’s age, circumstances and areas of concern, with practical strategies and therapeutic approaches designed to support meaningful progress.

Individual intervention may be provided across Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Counselling.

Psychological Services

Our Psychology team supports children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural and psychological concerns. Psychological services may include individual therapy, emotional wellbeing support, assessment, behaviour support, coping strategies and assistance with navigating life changes and challenges.

Speech Pathology

Our Speech Pathology services support children and adults with communication, speech, language, social communication, literacy and related difficulties. We work collaboratively with clients, families and other professionals to develop practical strategies that support communication and participation in everyday life.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapy services focus on helping individuals develop the skills, confidence and strategies they need to participate more independently in everyday activities. Depending on individual needs, intervention may support areas such as emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, daily living skills, fine motor development and participation at home, school or in the community.

Dietetics & Nutrition

Our Dietetics team provides individualised nutrition support for children, adolescents and adults. We take a practical and non-judgemental approach to nutrition, supporting clients to develop healthy, sustainable relationships with food and make choices that support their health, wellbeing and individual needs.

Counselling

Counselling provides a safe and confidential space to talk through challenges, explore emotions and develop strategies for managing difficult situations. Our counselling support services assist individuals and families with a range of concerns, including relationships, stress, life transitions, emotional wellbeing and other personal challenges.

Assessment Services

We offer a range of assessment services to help better understand an individual’s strengths, needs and areas requiring additional support. Assessments may be recommended to explore areas such as learning, development, communication, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, functioning or other areas of concern.

Where appropriate, assessment findings can help guide intervention and provide practical recommendations for families, schools and other professionals.

Parenting Support & Coaching

Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging. Our parenting support services provide families with practical guidance, strategies and education to help navigate everyday parenting challenges. Parenting coaching may focus on understanding behaviour, strengthening parent-child relationships, supporting emotional regulation, establishing routines and building confidence in responding to your child’s individual needs.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides an opportunity for individuals to learn and develop skills alongside others with similar experiences or goals. Our groups may focus on areas such as emotional regulation, social skills, anxiety management, communication, wellbeing and other therapeutic goals.

Group programs can provide both professional guidance and the opportunity to develop connection, confidence and a sense of belonging.

Psychology Support Groups

Our Psychology led support groups provide a  way to connect with others, share experiences, and learn practical strategies to support your mental wellbeing. Come to a welcoming environment where individuals and families can connect with others through hear from other lived experiences.

Our groups are facilitated by our provisional psychologists and overseen by the principal psychologist, making them a safe, supportive, and low-cost way to access mental health support.

Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Support

One of the benefits of an allied health clinic is the ability to access support from different professionals within the one setting. Where appropriate and with client consent, our clinicians can work collaboratively to develop a more comprehensive understanding of an individual’s needs and provide coordinated recommendations and intervention.

This multidisciplinary approach can be particularly valuable when a person’s needs span multiple areas.

Support for the Whole Family

We believe meaningful change often extends beyond the individual. We work closely with parents, carers, families, schools and other professionals where appropriate to ensure strategies can be understood and incorporated into everyday life.

Our goal is to provide more than individual appointments. We aim to create a supportive environment where individuals and families feel heard, understood and empowered with the knowledge, skills and confidence to move forward.

Whether you are looking for individual support, an assessment, parenting guidance, group therapy or multidisciplinary care, our team is here to support you.
