💙FREE INITIAL PSYCHOLOGY SESSION AT CTG💙

This October, as part of Mental Health Month, Complete Therapy Group is not only raising awareness about mental health – we’re taking action to make support more accessible.

We’re offering new clients to Complete Therapy Group a FREE initial psychology session with one of our Provisional Psychologists. That’s right – no payment required.

This session maybe helpful if you:
✨Want to explore whether psychology support is right for you
✨Are curious about what it’s like to see a psychologist
✨Have been thinking about seeking support but haven’t known where to start
✨Need support but are finding the cost of accessing
mental health services a barrier

No referral is required, although referrals are always welcome.

The only requirement is that you must be new to CTG.
Ongoing appointments with our Provisional Psychologists range from $50-$130, with lower fees available for people with a concession or experiencing special circumstances.

At CTG, we believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone.💙

Our experienced psychologists provide professional psychological intervention services under WorkCover to help individuals recover emotionally, mentally, and functionally following a work-related injury or psychological claim.

Expressions of interest are now open for our Teen/Young Adult Support Group, commencing Friday, 4 September 2026.

 Sessions run for 60 minutes between 5-6pm. Facilitated by our provisional psychologists, Huy Vo and Cooper Ryan. Overseen by principal psychologist, Maria Nguyen 💚

 If you or someone you know would benefit from connecting with others, sharing experiences and building supportive relationships, contact our clinic for more information.

Psychology support groups are a way to connect with others, share experiences, and learn practical strategies to support your mental wellbeing.

Our groups are facilitated by our provisional psychologists, making them a safe, supportive, and low-cost way to access mental health support.

 

There are two groups available. One group for teenagers/young people and one group for adults. These two groups are run independently from one another.
