At Complete Therapy Group we believe everyone deserves to get the help they need. Depending on your circumstances, here are a few options:
Free and Low-Cost Counselling Services
- Complete Therapy Group now offers affordable psychology services with a provisional psychologist. We believe everyone deserves compassionate, quality mental health care. To reduce financial barriers, we provide low-cost appointments on weekdays and Saturdays at a more accessible rate.Sessions start at $50 for clients with concession, pension, or equivalent cards, and $130 for standard rate clients. Fees may vary depending on your circumstances, so please contact our friendly team with any enquiries.We support a wide range of concerns, including loss and grief, trauma, anxiety, fears and phobias, life stress, and times when you simply need someone to talk to. NDIS funding may be available where applicable, and private fee-paying clients are warmly welcomed.

- After seeing your doctor (GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist) you may be eligible to access a referral through Medicare’s Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. With a valid MHCP referral, this allows you to claim up to 10 sessions with a mental health professional per calendar year. Please note that Complete Therapy Group is a private clinic and bulk-billing is not available. However, depending on the type of assistance and how many sessions are required, our friendly clinical team will do our best to cater a plan that will suit your circumstances and budget.
