ASSESSMENT

At Complete Therapy Group, we offer formal assessments in addition to our therapeutic services and support. Most formal assessments, especially diagnostic evaluations, require additional training and are therefore administered by select, qualified clinicians. If you are a current client of the clinic, please speak directly with your clinician to inquire further.

The guide below outlines what may be involved and provides additional information. Kindly contact our office when you are ready to make a booking, and we will be pleased to address any inquiries you may have.

Initial Consultation

In order for your treating clinician to develop an individualised assessment plan, an initial consultation session will need to take place.

For the purpose of conducting an individualised assessment, an initial consultation can be conducted by a Psychologist, Speech Pathologist and/or Occupational Therapist. The professional discipline will be dependent on the service required.

Why Pursue An Assessment?

At Complete Therapy Group, we strive to empower individuals to be the best they can be. We believe an assessment is important because it can provide clarity, be a provision to accessing support, and empower individuals and families to understand unique needs and profiles. This may be associated with autism, ADHD, a language disorder or simply better understanding the individual’s learning or coping needs. In doing so, we aim to promote better outcomes and improve quality of life.

Assessment Guide

Our assessment services encompass a comprehensive range of evaluations tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. We use the most up to date standardised assessment tools. These assessments include, but are not limited to, cognitive and developmental evaluations, speech and language assessments, behavioral evaluations, and psycho-educational assessments. Each assessment is conducted by a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing accurate diagnoses and actionable recommendations.

We understand that navigating the complexities of developmental and learning challenges can be overwhelming for individuals and their families. Therefore, our approach is holistic, ensuring that all aspects of an individual’s well-being are considered. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward achieving their full potential.

We are here to support you every step of the way, from the initial assessment to the implementation of tailored interventions and supports. Our ultimate aim is to help individuals and families achieve meaningful outcomes. We not only explore areas of need but also areas of strength that is going to be most impactful and lasting in their quality of life.
