Olivia is a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist who completed her Master of Educational Psychology at the University of Melbourne in 2022.

Olivia works with children, adolescents, adults, and families across the lifespan, providing both comprehensive assessments and therapeutic support. She has experience in paediatric, school, and private practice settings, conducting assessments for autism, ADHD, cognitive functioning, and learning profiles. She has also worked within primary schools, collaborating with educators and families to better understand students’ learning, development, and support needs.

Olivia is passionate about providing neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and person-centred care. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals to better understand their unique profiles, recognising and celebrating individual strengths while identifying supports that promote meaningful participation, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Alongside assessment, Olivia provides therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults, and families using evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s goals and preferences. She draws on play therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parent coaching to support emotional wellbeing, development, and everyday functioning.

Olivia is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and inclusive therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and understood. She values working alongside families, schools, and other professionals to develop a shared understanding of each person’s strengths, support needs, and aspirations.

Olivia also brings lived experience of navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), informing her understanding of the challenges many individuals and families face when accessing supports. She is passionate about disability advocacy and supporting people to access services that align with their goals and enhance their participation in everyday life.
