Scott is passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing during the important early years. With a strong background in education, he completed his Early Childhood Education degree in April 2026, developing a strong understanding of children’s individual needs, learning styles and developmental stages.
Through his studies and practical experience, Scott has gained valuable hands-on experience working with young children and their families in early childhood settings. He is committed to creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable, valued and supported. As a friendly and approachable member of the clinic team, Scott enjoys being one of the first welcoming faces families see and is always happy to assist with enquiries and provide support whenever needed.
Scott particularly enjoys building positive relationships with children and families and believes that every child should be encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a strong sense of belonging. His genuine passion for early childhood education is reflected in his caring, professional and family-focused approach.
Scott is eager to contribute to the clinic community and use his knowledge, skills and positive attitude to support both families and the team. He is dedicated to helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly and that every family has a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Scott is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing him to communicate with and support clients from diverse backgrounds. He brings a warm smile, friendly personality and willingness to help with everything he does.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with a golden retriever, Ted, and keeping active through sport on days off.
